In this case your eyes aren't deceiving you.  More enforced security by
default and you have to press a few keys to get messages formatted in HTML
to work right but the ribbons aren't really an issue as they are in word.
Just go through the dialogues and set it up the way you want.

Is there anyone who can comment specifically on differences between Outlook
2003 and 2007?  I know that there are 
some big differences between Word 2003 and 2007 like the ribbon, but upon
first glance, Outlook doesn't seem to be 
as 
dramatically different.  I may be in a position to have to switch between
the two versions and I am wondering how big a 
problem that might be.
