I wouldn't configure a program to be like someone else's unless our needs
were demonstrably the same. Most of the configuration suggestions I take
Are related to ease of access issues and to that end many of us have
similar needs. Eliminating splash screens is but one example of what I
mean. They have no place in any blind person's program set-up because they
just confound the operation of screen readers.

Hi,

personally I don't use outlook, but I don't particularly agree that you
should configure your computer the same as "everyone else" just because they
do. It just doesn't make sense to use a configuration you find less
efficient. I don't know about anyone else but I am trying to get real work
done as efficiently as possible. You wouldn't take a slower route when
wlaking so why do it on a computer?

Trev
