Hi,

personally I don't use outlook, but I don't particularly agree that you should configure your computer the same as "everyone else" just because they do.  It just doesn't make sense to use a configuration you find less efficient.  I don't know about anyone else but I am trying to get real work done as efficiently as possible.  You wouldn't take a slower route when wlaking so why do it on a computer?
