[gui-talk] Language in Spellcheck in Outlook Express

You will have to check your language settings in Windows to make sure it is
not set to French.  That is found in the Regional and Language options in
the Control Panel. I do not know the shortcuts to set this up but that is
where the language settings are found.

In Outlook you may try this.  Make sure you have an email open and then go
to the View Menu, then to Encloding, the d is the shortcut, and then make
sure the second option on the list is chosen "Western European (ISO) is
selected.
