Well I guess it didn't work going through the list...

The way you do this in Outlook Express is to open a new message and go to 
the format menu and select rich text format. Then go back into the format 
menu and click on background. Here you can insert a sound, a color or a 
picture. You are prompted for a file.

It does work, but when I sent a musical email to the list it didn't work for 
some reason. I think gui-talk only takes plain text messages.
