Subject: [gui-talk] Window-Eyes 6.1 does not read Outlook 2003 Inbox
I have decided to leave Eudora for good and have migrated to Outlook 2003. I had my sons get everything set up, but they have both been unable to determine why Window-Eyes does not read the messages displayed in the Inbox Reading Pane. I have made sure that the Preview Pane is turned off. W-E will read the folders/mailboxes in the navigation pane on the left but when I tab over to the actual e-mails all W-E says is "Custom Control". I arrow down once to the next line and it says the same thing. Each time I arrow down again (or back up) there is silence.
I also need to know how to open an attachment and whether there are any special settings to use to make it easier. I and my sons have been unable to find any decent accesibility help for Outlook 2003 on Microsoft's website.
Thank you,
Ed Lain
