Hi Louis,

if you read farther ahead in your list messages, you'll see that I found the
information in an old email I'd filed but forgotten about. Thanks very much
for responding.
Joel

Subject: [gui-talk] Where is BARD log-on page and catalogue?

I have an NlSDigital player, but I've waited to use it except for one
introductory cartridge until I got an extra thumb drive so I can use a thumb

drive and download files, transfer them to the thumb drive (one at a time,
at this point, I'm aware) and plug the thumb drive into the port on the
player.

but although I have my ID and password saved in a text file, I can't
remember where to go now, online. I've gone to the NLS home page and looked
through all the links, but I can't find any link nor any reference on the
page to this whole thing, except for that old "read all about our digital
upgrade plan" link which, as I recall, doesn't have a link to this program
nor to a catalogue of what's available on file. Or do you just go to the
usual old catalogue and, if the title you seek comes as a file as well as in

Braille and cassette, it'll say so now? I'm obviously a real newbie.

Can someone understand what I'm asking and give me a hand, please? I'm eager

to try this out and play the rest of a book I've begun on cassette and know
is available as a file, so I can have the pleasure of using the digital
player for it. But I need to know where to go, now.I'e

thanks.
