I found the emails in which I was given the links for the BARD log-in URL 
and also the URL for the page of instructions. I'm downloading something 
now, and hope to get it unzipped, copied onto an otherwise empty thumb 
drive, and then to stick the thumb drive into my NLS player's USB slot. And 
see if it then works when I press the controls on the device. But at least 
I've got the first part covered, now.
