Version 1.0 of McTwit scripts for Window-Eyes have just been released. 
McTwit is a Twitter client designed to work with screen readers that can
be downloaded from
www.empowermentzone.com/mtsetup.exe

The scripts can be downloaded from Script Central at
www.gwmicro.com/sc

Here is some information about the scripts:

Note: These scripts require Window-Eyes 7.1 as well as the GW Toolkit Script version
7.8.1 or later. A set file is supplied that disables all user defined windows for
Alt-0 through Alt-9. These scripts contain the following keys for McTwit: To copy
the contents of the focused item to the clipboard press Control-Shift-C. To get a
list of commands relating to following and being followed, press Control-Shift-F.
Arrow down to each item and press Enter to accept. To compose a new tweet press Control-N.
To reply to the focused message publicly press Control-Shift-R. To reply directly
to a user press Control-R. To re-tweet a message press Control-F. To delete the focused
item from the list press Delete. To retrieve a combined list of new messages, replies
and direct messages press Control-M. To retrieve all new messages press F5. To retrieve
replies press F6. To retrieve direct messages press F7. To Show McTwit Script Help
press Insert-H. The Help and Options dialog is enabled and checking for updates is
also allowed. You can also get to the Help for the scripts from the Window-Eyes Scripts
Menu from within the Window-Eyes Control Panel.
