Hi,

yes, firefox is accessible.  NVDA which is free might work better with firefox, 
but I don't really know.  IE is generally considered an abnocious browser from 
the perspective of web development, but websites should still work with it.  
Finally no you don't need to change anything about your email, and you can keep 
using internet explorer too for that matter when you prefer that browser.
