But the problem is that we do not have webmasters who can design with the
present standards let alone ARIA.  This is why the NFB needs to keep the
pressure on accessibility especially through the California Unruh Law to
make sure people realize they must become accessible.  Not everyone can
maintain the latest version so this is a unique situation in marketing
software. Actually we do not need ARIA to be fully accessible, it reawlly is
a matter of laying out the page properly.  And we have to worry about
mission creep, where accessibility experts in companies propose
accessibility solutions for the future that are never implemented.
