That's exactly what I ended up doing. I got a questionnaire asking why I had uninstalled it, and I explained that it simply was not accessible with a screenreader. I told them that I used JAWS but I didn't think it would be any different with another screenreader, so now at least they have had another complaint and maybe they'll work on it. Kris
