Well, depending on which Windows you're using, you can get CD 
burners: If you are using WINDOWS XP, you can get the CD Burner 
XP Pro and it is quite accessible with a screen reader like JAWS. 
I haven't used it much, but it looks quite successful on burning 
CD's and you can also burn Audio CD's without any gaps between 
the tracks. Anyways, you can try that for free, and again, if you 
aren't using XP, I'm very sorry to be the confusion for you.
