[gui-talk] Unable to Access Target.com

Not to be argumentative, but I just went to Target.com with IE8 and 
had no problems.  It is difficult for me to believe that a major 
retailer would turn away so many potential customers.

I suspect something else is happening, maybe your security settings 
are more restrictive than it likes, so it can't keep track of your 
actions.  It is a big jump to say they are in violation of their 
accessibility agreement!
