[gui-talk] Unable to Access Target.com

Dave,

To confirm, when the issue was raised, I got the same result but I was at work.  When I just tried the Target page now 
from here at home, it worked fine.  Either they had some kind of problem, or some security setting made it happen as 
you mentioned.  I was able to access m.target.com from work.  I agree, though, that even if they had done something 
as dumb as stop supporting IE 8, it is hard to make that an accessibility issue in my mind.
