[gui-talk] Notification chevron

Just bought a new HP laptop and trying to clean it up a bit from all the 
crapware and other annoyances.
When I use the tab key to rotor between the desktop, start button, 
taskbar and sys tray I get the word Notification chevron when I am at 
the sys tray.  It will say Notification chevron then I can arrow down 
through the items in the sys tray.
On my Desktop I was able to remove this Chevron but in my old age I 
forgot how I did it.
I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit in both cases.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
