[gui-talk] need instructions on using the new Blio App foriPhone

Do a two-finger-flick-down to read from the cursor to end-of-page. To easily
go to the next page and start VoiceOver reading it, then do a
three-finger-flick-left which scrolls to the next page. VoiceOver will read
the whole thing if you do this.

Thanks, Mike. Just one more question. When I double-tap the screen,
VoiceOver will start reading, then stop after a few lines. How do I get it
to read the entire page before proceeding to the next? Thanks.
