[gui-talk] need instructions on using the new Blio App foriPhone

Listers:

If a book allows text to speech in Blio, continuous reading is an option.  At present, it appears that voices must be purchased for this to work on the iPhone.  Between the PC version and iPhone Blio app, I found two sample books that have text to speech enabled.
