[gui-talk] Phantom Windows

I may. However, I don't have a problem just killing the windows with Alt+F4
and there appear to be no ill effects so I'm not going to worry overly-much
about it. Someday when I'm brave I'll give it a go. I was just curious.

Mike,

This particular one is also a problem/inconvenience with Window Eyes, and it
is my understanding that it comes from the Catalyst Control Center. I have
this problem on one of my computers, too, but have not experimented with
disabling the control center which apparently won't hurt anything. I got
badly
stung disabling something else to get rid of a similar screen so am a little
gunshy about disabling anything else, so go ahead and disable it and tell me
what
happens. <smile>

Best regards,

Steve Jacobson
