[gui-talk] Moving Data

Hi Everyone, 

 

When I moved all my files to my Windows 7 computer, all my e-mail contacts
went under a file entitled Kris as a subfolder entitled Contacts.  I have
looked at everything under the ribbons and in the context menus and cannot
find a way to copy all these email addresses into my contacts under my
Microsoft Outlook 2010 folder so they will be accessible for my outgoing
email messages.  Can anyone tell me what I need to do?
