[gui-talk] problems sending e-mail attachments

If it's a work computer where someone else has control of your 
configuration the configuration may have been changed on you.  If no 
configuration was done, that work computer may have malware that needs 
removing.  If it's 
a home computer, you may have picked up some malware that needs removing.
