Have you checked to see that the security setting allowing atachments hasn't
been altered? Also, does your ISP still allow attachments? If you have a
shell account, can you go on-line, upload an attachment and send an email
with it included using ELM or PINE?

I am running Windows XP and MicroSoft 2007. I am using Outlook express. I 
was able to send quite large attachments until today. I was trying to send 
attachments that are approximately 0.3 KB and I sometimes could send 10 
files together, but now, I can't even send one. Does anyone have any 
suggestions? Everything else seems to be fine. Thank you.
