This likely has to do with your ISP. With Roadrunner, I often receive a
bunch of messages that have the same date and time stamp. And, like a
lot of things, there are periods during the day that are busier than
others. Some of us have to work, eat, sleep, etc. even though it seems
that some have no need for sleep. LOL!

Every once in awhile, when I download email, I'll get it for part of a
day but not the rest of the day, and then I'll get it continually again
starting the next day.  This drives me crazy, because I don't know what
to do to retrieve it.  Thoughts?  Thanks in advance!  Oh yeah, I use
MS10 and Outlook.
