I recently read that FS struck a deal with Columbia, under which the
government of Columbia will purchase JAWS and/or MAGic for their
nation's blind and visually impaired citizens.

I'd be surprised if they last another 10 years, there's simply no reason
to pay more for a screen reader than for a computer itself, that's nuts.
