[gui-talk] Windows 10 and disabling touch pad

OK with Windows 8.1 if you plugged in a external mouse you had a option 
in the mouse settings to turn off internal pointing device if external 
mouse is connected.  This is a check box.  In windows 10 this checkbox 
gets unchecked upon sleep, shutdown or restart.  Anyone else seeing this 
problem?  Anyone got a solution to get the setting to stay checked?
Appreciate any help.
