Hi, Robert.

Here is how to show the BCC field in Outlook.


1. Begin by either composing a new message (ctrl+n) or replying to a message (ctrl+r.)

2. Press Alt to access the ribbon.

3. Arrow to the right until your focus moves to Options.

4. Press tab until you hear "show bcc."

5. Press space to activate this.

6. Press escape.

Your BCC field should now be available for all future messages that you compose.
