I don't know when this will or won't work, but you can start Narrator with ctrl-Windows-Enter. I would just suggest trying it and seeing whether anything happens.

A while back I remember seeing a posting that the latest version of 
Windows10 had the capability of accessing safe mode from boot up.


I assume that this could be done with Narrator.


Can someone let me know if this is possible and if so provide 
instructions on how to do it.
