Hello again:

 

My phone is broken & I'm trying to make a call through skipe. It keeps
telling me that I need to have a Skipe Credit. I was under the impression
that making a call within the United States was free. If it isn't are there
any accessible sites where I can make a phone call to a cell phone via
computer. I need to reach my daughter in Orange ASAP.
