Hi, Robert.

I haven't used any TV streaming sites using a Web browser in Windows, with
the exception of Comcast's Stream TV app, which you wouldn't be able to
subscribe to since it sounds like you're not within Comcast's footprint.

However, I run a mailing list devoted to the discussion of accessing
Internet TV from a blind user's perspective, which you're more than welcome
to join. To subscribe, send a message to

If you have an iOS device, Youtube TV is fairly accessible, except for a few
glitches which can easily be worked around. I've used Youtube TV briefly on
the Web but only with NVDA and not with JAWS.

Hello all:

Since I don't have a regular TV, I would like to know what (if any) TV
watching sites are accessible to us. I'm using JAWS 18 soon to be on JAWS 19
with Google Krome. I'm currently using the Spectrum TV app, but my landlord
is cutting me off of her internet. I'm going to try Frontier internet. I've
heard nothing but bad about Frontier, but up here in the high Desert of
Southern California, we only have Spectrum, Dish (which is terrible) &
Frontier.

If anyone can help me, I would greatly appreciate it.

Thaks.
