[GUI-Talk] text messages using outlook

Hello again:

 

Since my wife changed her number, I can send text messages to her phone, but
I'm not getting the replies. She uses T mobile. I have looked all over &
have yet to find a reason why this is happening. Is this a problem with
outook, or, is this a problem with her phone? I'm using Outlook 2013,
Windows 10 (latest version) &, JAWS 18 (latest version.)
