[GUI-Talk] jaws issue

I have not seen JAWS totally fail to speak at those UAC screens, but I have definitely seen it take a while before it does. Make sure to wait for a minute or two in case it's just reacting slowly.

You can also usually just type Alt+Y a few seconds after the tell-tale Ding sound occurs as the UAC screen is coming up. Alt+Y is of course the shortcut key for answering Yes.
