Hello Denise:
Certain models of Logitech keyboards experience this problem with Windows.
In particular, I am aware that the Logitech K380 (and perhaps your model) do
not treat the function keys as Windows function keys. I myself am using a
Logitech K360 keyboard designed specifically for Windows, and for me, this
particular model behaves as it should.
For your situation, there is a program that Logitech offers which you can
install on to your Windows system so that you can configure your function
keys to behave as they should. Here is the link to help get you started.

Subject: [GUI-Talk] Logitech k-780 keyboard
Hello all,
I am wondering if anyone is using the Logitech k-780 with your windows 10
machine. I was working with a Microsoft accessibility support advisor to
work out a couple issues I was having, and we discovered that pressing
alt-f4 does not work properly. It actually functions like an alt-tab, as it
jumps me to another program. He suggested that I check with Logitech to see
if the alt-f4 key worked on the windows platform. All other key functions
seem to work fine. Before I call Logitech, I wanted to check here first.
