[GUI-Talk] web site situation

I am having difficulties with this site;

www/softnezee.com

When I pull the site up, music use to play immediately. Now, someone who is
sighted has to click the play button. According to the people who run the
site, the music still comes up right away. If anyone can figure out a
workaround, I would appreciate it.
