[GUI-Talk] Folder Pane minimized--how do I change it?

Hello all,

 

Any time I shift-tab and try to move from one folder to another, it says,
for some reason, "folder pane minimized."   I am running Windows 7.  Any
help would be appreciated.  Thank you.
