Ben,

Bring up the "view" tab and look for Show Messages by conversations.  Make
sure that is not checked.  You may find you accidentally changed the
sequence as well, though, so you might have to go into the "view" tab and
then into the Current View and fix the sort order.  If this doesn't work,
Curtis's suggestion to call the Disability Answer Desk is a good one.

I need some urgent help with outlook,

I don't know what I did. I accidentily hit a key, or two when something fell
on my keyboard. Now my outlook inbox is being sorted by subject instead of
date, and I find it hellish to sort through. Please someone tell me how to
change it back.
