I'm thinking outloud, but Internet Explorer is pase. I'm wondrring if she
needs to go to Crome or even Edge. It's just a thought.

my wife Judy uses the AWARE case management system for her job as a rehab
counsellor in Maryland. When she needs to print a plan or some other case
notes to PDF, she cannot find the PDF document, and only an "open parent
document" button pops up, which has no noticeable effect. AWARE is a
web-based application, and she is using it with JAWS 2020 and Internet
Explorer 11. Any ideas?
