Lloyd:

When Judy actually brings up the save dialog, she can figure out what folder
the PDF is being sent to by pressing Control l. This takes her to the
address field. It usually says downloads or documents or something like
that. I always double check before saving to see where my saving of PDF
printing is going because I know that if I don't, sure as shooting, the
document will disappear<smile>.

my wife Judy uses the AWARE case management system for her job as a rehab 
counsellor in Maryland. When she needs to print a plan or some other case 
notes to PDF, she cannot find the PDF document, and only an "open parent 
document" button pops up, which has no noticeable effect. AWARE is a 
web-based application, and she is using it with JAWS 2020 and Internet 
Explorer 11. Any ideas?
