[GUI-Talk] Setting Up a New Computer

I'm doing the same thing today. It's an all-in-one made by Dell. Narrator 
has come in handy many times in my recent experience with computers for me 
and for Judy.

Hi, it depends on the manufacturer. In case it doesn’t talk all on its own, 
the Narrator command is CTRL+WINDOWS+ENTER.
