I hope you all are having an awesome weekend and you are healthy and in good spirits.

I would like to ask a curious question in here.  In recent days I've been interested in learning Linux and knowing what it has to offer from an accessibility perspective, perhaps because it's summer time, I'm a schoolteacher on vacation, and want something to do, but more so because I am always learning and would like to have more perspectives on what is out there in terms of accessing and using various platforms to do the job done and such. I've managed to install a 64-bit version of the Ubuntu OS on a virtual machine on my Windows PC.  I've managed to configure the built in screenreader and learn very basic commands on there but apart from that I understand from other forums and readings that this thing is quite powerful. Are there any tutorials, podcasts, books, ETC regarding Linux from an accessible point of view? Every single Web page I've stroled in tells me to use a mouse and / or use the terminal commandline tool. Others list keyboard commands and such. But what I'm looking for is if there are any Blind people out there who have successfully mastered the OS in both GUI and commandline forms and whether they have written any tutorials, podcasts and the like, just like there are for both Apple, Android and Microsoft devices / OS's. I've tried googgling but no cigar.

If anyone on this list can point me in right direction, or may be able to help, I'd really appreciate it.
