[GUI-Talk] accessing links from Zoom chat

Hello:

At this moment in time, even with the Zoom scripts from Hartgen Consultancy, there does not seem to be a way to click on links that are imbedded in the text chat interface of Zoom. I have had to copy the entire chat into a separate window and select the link manually. With the Hartgen Zoom scripts, you can virtualize the text chat message history window. This makes the copying of the link a little easier by eliminating one step of this cumbersome process.

Cordially,

Curtis Chong

Subject: [GUI-Talk] accessing links from Zoom chat

Hello all, when I am in a Zoom meeting and a web link is sent to the
chat, people who do not use screen readers are able to click the link
and go to the page it points to. Using either Jaws or NVDA I can't seem
to find a way to do this. Does anyone have ideas other than saving the
text, selecting the link, copying it, and then pasting it into the
address bar?

Thanks.
