The September social will be a picnic on Saturday the 24th, 11 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. We will once again,  go to Watson Park, 3022 S. Mc Lean Blvd, shelter number 4. This is an open shelter near the pony ride, train and close to the lake. 

The chapter has decided to have chicken, which the chapter will purchase as well as paper products. Please bring your covered dish with a serving utensil to share.  You should bring your favorite beverage as well... sorry, no alcohol allowed. Emily and her singeing partner will provide entertainment - thanks Emily! 

Please note the time as it is different from our typical social time frame- let's keep our fingers crossed for a beautiful fall day! If your para- transit will not take you to the shelter, as some of you thought could happen, please call me on my cell and I'll ask someone with a car to meet you at the gate. Ask when your transportation expects you to be  back at the gate for the return if need be. My number is 308-1323. The social committee looks forward to this day of fun in the park...please plan on joining us- your family is welcome, of course.  the Social Committee
