>>> Hello federationists - Jack and I wanted to share with you that due to his recent diagnosis and starting a very aggressive treatment plan today, we will not be able to join you at the upcoming convention celebration in Orlando. Because of this recent diagnosis it is too late for us to cancel our hotel reservation at the main convention hotel for a refund. If any of you would like to be in the host hotel rather than a overflow hotel, please give us a call in the next few days and we'll see if we can get the reservation transferred to you. Call us:

>>> Some of you will keep us in your thoughts and prayers but there is also a special request...we would love to hear from you about the convention via home on the range. We will stream as much as possible but hearing the impact of the different activities would be extra special to us and those not able to attend. I'll always be grateful for our ability to attend the 50th NFB anniversary celebration in Dallas. Mrs. Ten Brook spoke relaying the dreams and actions that our founder "Chick" as she called him and how we should be okay being referred to as "millatants"...there's indeed a battle to be fought for our rights and we need to join as one to do the work that must be done. I also had the special opportunity to talk to her briefly in that long hallway joining the two parts of that hotel...she was delighted at the little kids running back and forth using their canes joyfully laughing and having a good time and telling me how happy her husband would be to know that something as typical as kids running freely around, was happening at long last for these blind kids... ..Each of you having this wonderful opportunity to attend this special year will have some extra special memories. you can share. Have a wonderful convention. Jack and Dianne
