[humanser] the homeless blind

I currently work as a case aid in for Health and Human Services, and I also
hear of blind people who are living on of SSI and SSDI resources. It's very
rare that I've seen them homeless, but I mainly hear of them renting a room
or staying with family and friends. The blind people who have their own
apartments get assistance with subsidized housing or rental assistance. The
one thing I discovered very quickly is to expect the unexpected working for
the state.
