[humanser] Internship issue

Hi:

Rick Brown, MSW, went through an internship at the VA a few years ago and
I'll send him a copy of your message. I regularly scan forms into MS Word
format and complete them on a PC or on the BrailleNote. I like to complete
forms on the notetaker because I can sit face to face and not be concerned
about completing forms with my back or side faced to a computer -- much
friendlier.

In our field we need to complete forms for people at times. I encourage
folks to be independent but the agency sometimes requires me to do it.
