[humanser] Deaf blind query.

David,
Have you contacted the Deaf Blind devision? They are good at coming 
up with stuff like that. They have an nfb list. First thing that 
popped in my mind was the finger signing but if he never learned to 
sign, that's a problem. Good luck.
