[humanser] Mental Status Exam

Hi All, 

I am taking a clinical skills class this semester. As part of the class, we
will be enrolling as therapists and clients. In my role as a therapist, I
will have to do a mental status exam on my client. A large part of the
mental status exam includes obtain a great deal of visual information from
the client as well as non-verbal body language. For those of you in the
field, how do you manage this part of the mental status exam? Any ideas are
much appreciated.
