Hello Mary! I hope everything works out for you in Chicago. If you are a
JAWS user, you will need some JAWS scripts to use the VA system. I work for
the VA in Tampa, FL and I have a person who helped write some scripts to use
for my everyday use at work. Once you get settled with the VA, if that is
where you are going to be, shoot me an email and I can get the person to
email you the scripts and the IRMS (that's the name of the computer
technology department) can install them so that you are able to get around
in their systems to write in their charts. My work email is
richard.brown at va.gov. Good luck and let me know if you need anything else to
assist you. My cell number is 813-957-0725.
Rick
