[humanser] keeping time in session

hello list:

I was wondering how do you all keep time in session. I don't use a brail watch I can't seem to get the hang of those things I end up moving the hands when feeling them. I don't want to use a talking watch or something like that which would interrupt the client. I'm thinking of maybe something that would alert me that time is coming to an end with a silent vibration or something similar. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks in advance.
