[humanser] keeping time in session

Hi:
Good question. I use a braille watch, but I know others who use the watches
that have a vibration alarm or who have a clock that chimes on the hour
and/or half hour.
After years of this work I have my internal timer working fairly well, but
that braille watch helps me `frequently.
