Hi Mary:

It is a toss-up if this certification would help your employment 
possibilities or not.  I would discuss this with your clinical supervisor, a 
task supervisor, or some of the more recently employed staff.

It won't help to say this, but:  Every job has it's own environment and what 
happens one place may be different in another.
